We had a great waiter than made us feel at home. He even took this photo shortly after we arrived.
The meal itself takes about 2-3 hours depending on how fast you eat & generally includes 4 courses. In short come hungry & leave very very full several hours later! Our feast started out with a cheesy spinach & artichoke combination that was it on a stick, or a fork rather. Our waiter put this fondue pot on a burner that was on the table & mixed the ingredients in front of us. He then brought out a few bowls that had chips & bread, apple slices, & an assortment of vegetables.
Eve was really having a great time with the cheese!
So after the cheese & after our wonderful salads came the main course. Instead of just one type or meat or possibly two we were served 7 different meats along with stuffed ravioli. Meats included: filet mignon, chicken, steak, sausage, shrimp, & lobster tail! We were served even more vegetables & the fondue we received for this course was a Caribbean blend. If this wasn't enough we were served 8 different sauces to dip our meat into to give each bite a unique taste if one were so inclined.
We actually had to cook the food we were served in the Caribbean sauce so I used my phone to time the cooking of the various elements of our dinner. Granted it was only around 2 minutes for each item but you would poke it with the fork & place it in the pot to cook. So in a sense we were paying to cook our own food. Okay it was worth it!
After barely finishing all the meat we still had dessert. We chose the "ying-yang" combination of milk chocolate & white chocolate.
With this pot of deliciousness they served us: strawberries, bananas, rice krispie treats, various marshmallows, sponge cake, & a small slice of cheesecake. Needless to say they nearly had to roll us out of the place!
The next night with the family we had cake & champagne to celebrate our first anniversary. It's been a great year & both of us have learned so much & grown so much. We can't wait for another year!

Hello David and Ev'marie. I went to high school with Eve, my husband and I just celebrated our 2 year anniversary in December and both years we have gone to the Melting Pot and got pretty much the exact same menu as you guys! It has turned into our tradition! Congrats!
